No excessive noise. Noise monitors (inside and outside) are required by the city of Hollywood. $500 penalty if police is called due to unreasonable noise.
Please do not throw anything in the toilets.
Landscaping personal comes in every other Thursday to maintain the front and backyard lawn (it only takes them about half an hour to clean the property).
Large royal palms by the sidewalk do shed very big and heavy leaves - please kindly be aware when outside, especially in strong wind/rain.
There are lizards and insects that can enter the house. Please keep the doors closed.
