Booking is simple! Browse our properties, select your dates and number of guests, and check availability. Once you’ve chosen a property, complete the secure checkout process with your payment details. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
We offer flexible cancellations up to 7 days before your check-in date for a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable, but you can reschedule within 6 months, subject to availability. Please review our Booking Terms & Conditions for full details.
Pets are welcome at select properties, including the Florida Coastal Cottage and Pennsylvania Mountain Cabin, with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per stay. Please inform us in advance and review our pet policy during booking. The Miami Beach Condo and Orlando Family Villa are not pet-friendly.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and PayPal. A 50% deposit is required at booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before check-in.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange.
Absolutely. All properties undergo a thorough cleaning and sanitization process between guests, following CDC guidelines. We use professional cleaning services to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.
Yes, all properties are fully equipped with bed linens, towels, and basic kitchen essentials (pots, pans, utensils, etc.). Starter supplies like toilet paper, soap, and dish detergent are also provided.

Florida Coastal Cottage: 2-car driveway.
Miami Beach Condo: 1 reserved garage space.
Orlando Family Villa: 3-car driveway.
Pennsylvania Mountain Cabin: 2-car parking area.
Yes! Stays of 7+ nights receive a 10% discount, and stays of 30+ nights receive a 20% discount. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout for eligible bookings.
A one-time cleaning fee is applied to each booking ($100–$200, depending on the property). Optional add-ons like early check-in ($50) or pet fees ($100) may apply. There are no hidden booking fees when you book directly with us.
Our properties are designed for vacation stays, not large events or parties. Small gatherings (up to the property’s guest capacity) are permitted with prior approval. Unauthorized events may result in additional fees or eviction without refund.
Yes, all properties offer free high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for remote work and streaming.
